Installed over this past weekend. Power and switching between sources working fine. Evplay app shows “gear” and not any lat long info (kit did not include any gps). The gear is not displayed in the box. Settings say 2025 R1T Gen 2. Assuming I probably need to double check the blue/green connection on the blue can connector?

Correct, that's the first thing I would check. If it's secure, give EV Play a reboot and check to see if the gear is appearing. If it isn't, please reach out to me (alex@evplay.net) for next steps.
