[Solved] Can’t login to account on EVPLAY

I have an EVPLAY account and password, but when I attempt to login to EVPLAY using these credentials I get an “invalid credentials” error.

Am I doing something incorrectly? Thank you

@evplayadmin I've had the same issue today and when I try to reset my password, I don't get the email.  Not in my junk either.

@livinginkaos The forums and the EV Play device use different accounts for security purposes. If you haven't done so already, you can create an EV Play device account here: https://evplay.io/user/complete_registration.html

@evplayadmin I thought maybe that was the case, but when I do so, it tells me there's already an account.  Do I have to use a different email address?

Just a follow up on my issue for others coming here - I ended up redoing my registration and it fixed the issue.  I'm guessing the first time I did it didn't actually take for some reason - likely user error 🙂
