@rivianero Unfortunately no...its an entirely different framework that's required.
Did anyone get this working? I have a Gen1 install with the GPS dongle from evplay, and onX just says 'NO GPS FOUND' when I open the app. I *do* see GPS coordinates in the EVPLAY app at the top (I assume this comes from the dongle and not the canbus) and I also downloaded a GPS tester app (works, shows my location and number of satellites tracked etc...although it shows no heading, I assume this dongle does not have a built-in compass) and Google maps (also works, shows my location on the map fine). But no matter what I do onX it just reports 'no GPS' (and I double checked location permissions etc as well).
I've rebooted the EVPLAY and let it sit/sleep overnight, same behavior. Before I start unplugging things and changing ports etc I want to at least confirm somebody else has onX working on their evplay in tablet mode.
I tried to get it working. This was the main reason that I purchased EVPlay. AA is too hard on my phone battery so I had hopes to add the GPS dongle and use it directly on EVP. I reached out to OnX and received the disappointing reply below:

Sorry to say, but onX generally doesn't work well with external GPS devices. There is some compatibility for some devices, but it's not something we recommend or can endorse because of the unreliable service it can provide.
Best,
Andrew
