Stuck in connecting status

So the app switches from "Scanning for device" to "connecting" but it never progresses from there. I have an iPhone 13 Pro so I tried from a 17 pro as well, it connected once to the 17 but a restart of the app put it back to the same state. I have not had any more successful connections since. the device appears to start pairing mode just fine, flashes for 30 seconds and the shuts off. Reset of 10 seconds works as well, goes red, then back to pairing. But that's it, no connect.

@hal I just uploaded a new build to the Play Store - it had Bluetooth logging as a new option in the Settings menu. Enable it and try to reproduce the issue, then hit the Send Logs button and shoot me an email (alex@evplay.net) so I can take a look.
