I am consistently finding the Autobox (carplay) network grabbing my phone wifi from inside my house!
I'd very much like to have this stop. Is there a way to make the signal a lower power?
Is my only option to go full hardwire?
Often times the connection is being pulled even with the vehicle asleep! Im not sure what is causing this!

Hi, take a look here: https://evplay.io/community/frequenty-asked-questions/iphone-stays-connected-to-carplay-even-after-vehicle-off
If EV Play is attempting a wireless Android/Auto CarPlay connection more than 10 minutes after you exit your Riv, it is isn't going to sleep!
@evplayadmin Hi could you be more specific about where to find the manual setting... I looked in the android settings tab and the EVplay settings and didnt find a manual option for connecting
@evplayadmin I don't have anything on my unit that is an AA/CP app.
I'm sorry for the difficulty here but... I have EVplay (app) and Watchdog (app) but nothing specifically called the AA/CP app!
In settings I don't see anything , and the evplay settings tab has almost no settings available to manipulate!
So when you say the AA/CP app I'm coming up with nada ... if I'm on the evplay app the only button i have that references AA/CP is the repair link button
@evplayadmin I eventually found it... It took turning off wifi to get into the deeper menus. There didnt seem to be an obvious route to the settings while car play was active
