Upon first installation the EVPLAY unit allowed continuous play of Google Play Store apps; YouTube, Hulu, etc. Hours later with the truck still in the driveway the system would only allow the EP UI to play video for ~8 seconds before the screen would return to the native UI screen. Audio would continue to play through the speakers, however. When attempting to switch back to EP UI, the same issue would occur time and time again.
Attempted fixes with no resolution: Confirmed recommended settings, Rivian soft reboot of screens, Rivian hard reboot, EVPLAY restart (wouldn't turn back on BTW), EVPLAY power reset by pulling power at fuse panel, and multiple UI switch button attempts (short, delayed interval, and push and hold).

Ambient temp outside: 75*F
Data log was sent via UI - No confirmation of receipt to validate transmission.
Sidenote: Today's drive to work the Android Auto app worked as designed. Some small glitches, but those were likely user errors adapting to the system.

Confirming you are logged in via the EV Play app, and that the Gear Indicator in the app is reflecting your current gear.

More important now. I just did the latest EVPLAY update, system went to 100% then froze my screen and capability to switch back to the Rivian UI. I attempted a soft reboot and now my main screen is bricked. Multiple attempts of reboots and pulling power from the fuse block. Nothing is working, just a black screen. Help!
...pulled power for 15 minutes. Screen finally came back on.
All settings have been confirmed. The system UI still does not work as designed. Data log attemps return with a popup stating the host is not valid.
I have high hopes for the project, however, I'm finding it to be more of a distraction while driving than value.
