We have just released version 5.0 of the EV Play app, which now has multi-touch capabilities and is also much more accurate & responsive. That means pinch & zoom on native apps, as well as within CarPlay/Android Auto on apps that support multi-touch.
**INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS**
Make sure you have your included wireless keyboard handy - and that it is charged - just in case the touch screen stops working. It also makes typing the address below easier.
To install the update:
· Connect EV Play to WiFi.
· Launch the Chrome browser, type in the following address, and press enter: https://evplay.io/releases/v5/evp-main-504.apk
· The file will be in your Downloads folder. Open it and accept any warnings (it's safe) and grant all requested permissions. It should remove the old version of EV Play, but if you end up with 2 of them, uninstall the old one. Do NOT uninstall both at the same time because bad things will happen if you don't have at least one EV Play app running.
