Persistent AA Connection Attempts from EVPlay

The truck is locked.  It's easily 50 feet away.  It's been locked for HOURS.

Android Auto keeps connecting.  Over and over and over again.  Why?  The truck is locked.  It should be asleep.

Do we need to find a different fuse tap that works better as a "switch" - It shouldn't be this aggressive when the truck is locked and should be asleep. 

This also creates a HUGE phone battery drain.

**Note: I walked over to the truck, opened the door, tried to switch to EVPlay so I could kill the app for AA/CP, and it wouldn't switch.  I followed the install video, so the taps are in the same place - the video wasn't backwards by chance was it?
