Hmm, is WiFi on and are you connected to your Rivian hotspot, mobile hotspot or ? And this is the native contacts app or ?
Also might be helpful to walk me through your use case, meaning, what are you hoping to do with your synced contacts. Are you running an email client or CRM or ?
@evplayadmin just trying a few different things no specific use. Tried to add contacts and it accepted my login, etc. but did not fill in the screen. Perhaps it would be easier if you tell me how I need to be connected Bluetooth Wi-Fi Rivian or some other way to make this work.
Any ideas?

I'm seeing the same thing but don't know why it isn't syncing. I'll add this to my list of quirks and see if I can figure out a solution.
Also seeing this issue. Trying to use Alexa to call contacts by using the button on the steering wheel, but it's not finding the right contacts to call.
Bluetooth is set to the evplay on the rivian ui in media and it's saying to ensure that contacts are being shared.
Checking ev play, there are no contacts in the native contacts app. I disabled that so and downloaded Google contacts but still but seeing contacts sync.
Calling by manually selecting contacts in phone book on Android Auto works fine but the sound quality isn't the best on the other end. Thought that using Alexa would maybe allow using the rivian mic equipped in the car.
