Gen 1 Step 3 Unplugging the display connector

@tucsonst Lock the doors, do something else for 8 minutes, then come back and unlock the doors. Give EV Play 20 seconds to boot and then try again.

@evplayadmin ha ha on puller. I forget what they were at AutoZone but not dreadfully expensive!

 

 

I luckily have a T25 (or several) as it’s a pretty common bike tool. 🤣🤣

@kjjust you are brilliant!  I wasted no more than about 5 minutes trying before I realized that my big hands were going to have a real challenge, and I easily removed the door trim per your photo's.  With that out of the way, it was (mostly) a breeze getting things unplugged and plugged back in!

On the tight squeeze for the black connector, I used a small screwdriver in my left hand, then a needle-nose in my right. I was able to unlatch the connector, then GENTLY pull it out with the pliers.
