Happily installed my device a day ago, but while playing any video app (Youtube, Netflix, etc), parked - kicks out to Rivian UI.
I suspect Gear is not detected, and fallbacks to thinking it is in drive mode. Please help to fix it.
Everything else seems to work great, (Carplay, etc).
Also I raised this in another thread, but "Youtube Music" is also flawlessly being banned/kicked out to Rivian UI, can this be fixed?

Yes, I believe we chatted about this via email. If the gear indicator (blue tile at the top of the EV Play app) isn't functioning, then EV Play will kick you to the Rivian UI as a safety precaution. Remember to set your vehicle in the EV Play app's settings, then restart the device: drag down from the top>Power button icon>Restart. If you still only get a "--" for your gear indicator, double-check your canbus cable connection. If STILL not working after that, reach out to me via email.
@evplayadmin Thanks Alex. Double checked as you suggested and CAN cable (which is only 2 wire). All looks good, see attached images.
Same - no Gear detection and video playback kicks out to Rivian UI while parked.
Also submitted logs via EVPlay app. (Diagnostics sharing is enabled too)
