CAN connection not working Gen1 R1S

Installed my EV play today. In EV Play app, gear selector shows “- -“ regardless of gear setting. Car does not switch to Rivian display when put in reverse. Under “Settings” app -> battery it says “problem reading the battery meter. 

Verified CAN connector is connected. Verified I removed the dummy plug.

Known bug on some devices...will be emailing everyone an update notice pretty soon.
