Hello, Alex, I need your help. I purchased an EV Play device for my Rivian Gen 2 a couple of months ago, installed it myself, and connected it to the car. Everything worked fine except for the fact that I had to double-tap the button to activate the touchscreen. This was extremely annoying, and at some point I did a factory reset. Later, I read on the forum that this shouldn't have been done, but unfortunately, it was too late. Since YouTube and YouTube Music stopped working properly (when I turn them on, the system automatically switches to the Rivian main screen), I need your help restoring these apps to work on my device. I saw that an update was released to fix the double-tap issue. I downloaded and installed it, but nothing changed—I have to press the button twice. I need your help resolving these issues
