I have EV play so close to working perfectly, until this morning. Tried to make a phone call but get no audio. Im paired with both (Rivian and Autokit) and the phone defaults to the EVPlay (Autokit). However the included mic doesnt work and Im not getting audio output either. for phone calls. Audio output works fine for playing podcasts etc.

For Android Auto, please ensure:
-You pair your Rivian with the Android "EV Play" Bluetooth connection.
-In Advanced Settings in the AA/CP app, Audio Routing is set to "Box"
Having trouble getting the external wired microphone working with the Android OS experience. Still playing around with configurations but noticed that I cannot select Box in the advanced settings mentioned here, getting this error message instead: "The current box does not support switching microphone". Any idea why not?
Sorry, a correction: Advanced Settings > Microphone is where attempting to select Box gives that error.
