Just got everything working perfectly, put the EV Play up inside the vehicle and closed the footwell cover. Switched back to the Rivian screen before leaving the vehicle, and it was working fine. This morning the Rivian screen is not working, just blank. Switching to AA works seamlessly, but the Rivian screen is still blank after a soft reset and a hard reset of the vehicle. Driver's side screen works normally. Long press of the remote button does nothing to help. Any ideas short of unscrewing the footwell and checking connections? The vehicle hadn't moved since it was last working normally (and the 30 minutes of driving since hasn't changed anything either).
If I do have to open everything up again, what am I looking for? Seems like if the video cable is loose I shouldn't see AA either.

@ro-vee I would double check the video cable going from the original infotainment system to EV Play. Make sure they are seated all the way.
I had the same thing after I first installed. Got my 8yo to help push the Video cable in that tight spot. Turns out it wasn’t seated all the way in. So I had to spend another 15mins to finally push it in and seated with a “click” sound. Since then, it’s been working fine with no blank/black Rivian screen.
