(I put it in this EVP Play LT for GM EVs Bug Reporting because it's the only section about your GM products. I'm sorry this message is not about a bug.)
I've been using the EV Play LT for a while now, and I love it. It actually makes me angry that Chevy is saying they are rolling out video apps and things like that, but I can't find a way to get that update, and I received the first EV Blazer that the dealership had delivered on site when it came out.
Anyway, I'm excited to get my hands on the EV Play Max. I have a few questions about the device.
- "A Portable Mini Computer For Your Home Or Office
EV Play Max isn’t just for your car — disconnect it, take it inside, and plug it into your TV. It then becomes a full-featured home media system by installing Plex, Jellyfin, or Kodi. Run Home Assistant for whole-home smart device control, or install and run local AI LLMs using its built-in 6 TOPS NPU. When you’re ready to hit the road, unplug it, drop it back in the car, and it picks up right where it left off. One device. Limitless possibilities."- I've been interested in setting up Home Assistant for a while now. I was going to get Home Assist Green, but it seems this could pull double duty. Can you direct me to resources where I can learn more about implementing it on the EV Play Max?
- "You can also mirror the device via its HDMI-out port, or wirelessly, to headrest monitors!"
- Two questions about this
- Can video be sent to headrest monitors while the vehicle is in motion?
- Can you link a headrest monitor that would work with this and/or give the specs for what we would want to ensure the headrest monitors are compatible?
- Two questions about this
