• Device hardware and software diagnostics, if you choose to share this. This includes information such as bugs, system and app crashes, hardware  errors, and app performance. We do not collect things like location, driving habits, or any other personally identifiable outside of the information you have already provided to us during user registration and/or updates.

8. Aftermarket Product Disclaimer

The Products are neither manufactured nor endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Amprocity, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage, injury, loss of warranty coverage, or other issues that may result from the installation, use, or misuse of the Products. This includes, but is not limited to, electrical system damage, compatibility issues, voiding of original vehicle warranties, or impairment of factory features.

By purchasing and using the Products, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Amprocity, LLC shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from its use or installation.
